festering mental here today seen it all heavy rain mental hail even heavy snow just need some thunder and lightning to top it all off!

Quite a few showers rolling in from the west,I'm stuck indoors most of the day but hoping to catch a heavy one while on break hoping for something thundery.

Sky went black this afternoon around 3pm and within minutes it belted down with hail.

Would be nice to see something thundery today will be radar watching and keeping a eye on the ATD

Didn't plan on going outside but due to the cat bringing in a mouse I had to, felt a lot colder than about a hour ago, seems that we're set to miss out on the snow judging by some posts so maybe one more look at the radar and a pop on here before bed but not expecting anything over night or in the morning now.

The Bristol storm shield malfunctioned a few times last year I wonder if the snow shield will do the same,Netweather snow risk has gone from 70% chance of snow to 90% so could get something.

I guessing going by some posts in here the chance of snow today and tomorrow is off.

Had a snow flurry whilst at work today just after 4pm haven't seen anything since and doesn't seem as cold as last night

I must feel the cold more than others stood outside I was shaking.Currently dry no wind and pretty much clear skies, A case of radar watching and curtain twitching but personally I don't expect to see any snow tonight but good luck every one else.

Really cold again tonight similar to how it felt Tuesday night and woke up to a covering of wet snow Wednesday morning.

Rain/sleet here although doesn't feel as cold as recent nights,personally I don't think I will see any proper snow over the coming days but I wish everyone luck

Got up this morning expecting to see a decent layer of snow but instead it's just a thin layer of slush and now raining.

Hmm rain alarm just went off and there's some red in the area of rain to the west maybe this if it hits will bring something of interest. Same here Chris will call it a night at the latest about 11 as got to be up early for work also

Starting to see distant flashes now be nice to have something thundery this early in the year and the fact Scotland has a fair bit looking at the ATD over the last few days could be us southerners turn.Good luck on getting some snow peeps.
