On and off moderate rain but no t&l

Wind has picked up drops of rain sky to South looks thundery.Can it be I might actually get a storm fingers crossed.

How odd rain alarm has just gone off and shows rain over Bristol yet it is bone dry here sunny and humid.Hoping for something here today could do with a good storm after the week I have had.

Well another plume bust here yet again hasn't even rained the last two days so yeah same old story ah well at least some got something maybe something tomorrow I hope.

BBC Bristol have a yellow warning for heavy rain risk of thunder.Also warning of surface flooding and lightning could be an additional hazard. Also says very humid but it doesn't feel humid I'm sat in the garden and it's quite chilly. I think thundery activity will be confined to south eastern areas and the south west will just get boring rain but who knows might get lucky.

Bone dry here expected to wake up to it raining at least.have a few hours before I start work so maybe something will happen but I don't think it will be anything thundery.

Not staying up for this have just got home from work and storms seem hours away and with that gap being mentioned it probably won't be worth it.Heres hoping for a early wake up call.

Hoping I get to work before that rain arrives don't want to spend my first day back after a two week break soaked.Only a few sferics detected from a few hours ago nothing new since.meto still thinks a chance of t&l here and in the week will shall see.

It's a very low risk William hence not a lot of posts,I am keeping one eye on things but not expecting anything to be honest.

Maybe something to keep a eye on tomorrow and in the week,In the mean time if anyone is interested Kelley Williamson is streaming on TVN from Hanover KS could get interesting soon.

Overcast all day dark skies to the west and east but in the dry slot no rain at all today feels a little humid.

Hmmm just looked at Rain Today and the rain seems to be heading more into Wales than the South West so hopes of something thundery have lowered so what.

Been a very nice day today but feels humid now and have had big rain drops hope that band of rain coming in gives off a few sparks.

Been a day of mainly warm and sunny spells with just one shower and the one we have now which is actually quite heavy.Rain alarm has gone off numerous times but stayed dry.some good cloud formations while out and bout earlier.hail mixed in with the rain now sky looks menacing maybe a rumble or two if lucky.

The H word said on the BBC Forecast this morning shame she wasn't on about the UK

Raining but im in between area's that have lightning.

Had thunder and lightning Friday night though not over head was close enough for bright lightning and loud enough thunder. Towards the end of the storm a cg hit close and shotgun thunder. Looks like we could not definitely get something later crud is clearing sun is out feeling warm. It's breezy to similar to how it felt Friday.

I'm tired in two ways one as been a work all day and the other of no storms happening here. I'm practically at that point where I'm just going to give up on thunderstorms. Little USA get a good few year in year out the north does ok but southwest England sees very little or most of the time nothing. Don't see the point anymore in taking a interest when the outcome is always the same. Plume in plume out this neck of the woods sees nothing I work hard week in week out and do a lot of overtime think it's time to treat myself and head off to the US or make my dream a reality and go to Venezuela to witness the Catatumbo. Sorry for the negative post but I'm just annoyed that I have a big interest in storms but I never get to see one just get to read what other parts of the UK have had. Don't get me wrong it's cool that others with the same interest have had or is witnessing a good storm. But when nothing happens here you can understand my frustration. Me and others seem to be in the same boat year in year out and maybe I'm not the only one that's on the verge of saying that's it I give up. That said I do wish good luck to everyone during this summer hope you get some good storms just hope us peeps who miss out very often can get something to.

Clouds rolling in after a blue sky all day this is going to go one of 2 ways we will be a breeding ground for others to get storms or there will be no storms at all although rain alarm has gone off twice in last 20 mins. Personally I think nothing will happen here all week.

Little USA (South East)still does well for storms it's the rest of the country that's starting to forget what a thunderstorm looks like

To those who saw my post about the dog food bet I had with a friend well I won again we didn't get any storms like I said we wouldn't so all beers are on him the next time we're at the pub
