    This frequency of lightning here, is way better than September 16th, last year.

    The 18Z NetWx SR is a howler. It isn't even showing anything that is occurring in the Southwest.

    I've just unplugged my all my Co2 equipment to my aquarium, exactly like last year.

    Neg. It's directly to my South, I can see clouds from the front bedroom. I honestly didn't want a late one, as I wanted to get up early, but this is moving in quicker than I anticipated.

    Constant lightning now, clear skies are lighting up to the southwest, and I can see lightning flashing in the white clouds to the South.

    I've just popped outside for a smoke, the skies are relatively clear with some mid-level cloud floating in, and to my southwest, I can see lightning.

    I wanted an earlier night, but looking down to the CI, the developments there, look to push up towards me.

    It's starting to destabilize across the Channel Isles, where the leading edge of the trough is.

    Ah, sorry. It is simply positive and negative intra cloud lightning. They give off different frequencies, like +/- CG but I don't know how you would distinguish +/- intra cloud lightning from sight alone. You can certainly tell a +/- CG from sight and sound, though.
