No significant snowfall since early afternoon. -
I find this very interesting - large gap in the flow over Norfolk!

Agree, a slow thaw and some strong winds to dry out the ground, due to start lambing around the 10th

FGS every time it brightens up and I decide to go out with the camera it starts snowing again!

Showers definitely moving southward over Suffolk now, still a few flakes blowing about here (possibly from the sky, who knows?)

Sun's out, thought right, grab proper camera. Battery dead. Other camera. Battery dead. Phone camera not as good as last one by a long chalk. I'll be down to a film camera soon....

A11 - cars turned round to go back, lorries to stay on apparently. A47 currently, pics courtesy of some local delivery drivers.

Definitely easing off slowly now, the showers have always been a lighter pink as they move inland.

Skies brighten briefly and then it snows again. The complete reverse of the last two days!

Still got around 5 inches so not all bad (and that fell between 6pm and midnight) Looks like the flow is more favourable now.

Sheep have got more snow than straw! Down side of easterlies, blows straight in the barn!

about 30 mins SW of Norwich - his footprints were at midnight and they are still visible! However it's snowing again now, very tiny flakes though.

Just run the radar, can now see why central Norfolk didn't get anything overnight. The showers just couldn't make it this far

Morning all, anything exciting happening? Surprised to wake up to no further snow overnight, what's that all about? I know there hasn't been as I deliberately let my oldest dog out into the drive last night for a wee and I can still see his footprints!
