  8. Comparing and showing 2010,2011,2012 cover and what been happening recently. Snow has moved south and is not as poor as 2011 but looking for a reload and blue positive snow anomalies more locally in January last two days show the red pixels in Europe and the other frames that there has been extra snow recently in the western part of the USA.

  18. Maybe of interest to followers of what has been discussed before. Q Does having snow close to the UK in recent years become more common at the times we see the UK having its greatest snow coverage A Yes Evidence backing up that answer. As it only was 7 days into winter 2012/13 I am not expecting to see December 7th as our peak snow coverage but see one or more reloads of snow into Europe and then snow reloads after going into the UK before the end of the winter.
