Well that was a pretty awesome night. Although I cant help but feel slightly disappointed for not getting any SLR shots. And now I'm left wanting more and more . Anyway a very impressive light show was had by many so the memories will do. Here are some stills from a few videos I took.

Incredible light show... followed it up the m5 briefly but its moving so fast. Still flashing with forks going across the sky. Amazing stuff. Looks like more coming up from the south maybe?

Storm over Exeter kicking off now. Staying put in Bristol for a while longer I think before making tracks. Looking good for Portsmouth too.

Gipsy Patch lane in Bristol after the deluge around 2pm! Never seen this road flood to the point the drains are pumping the water out. The water has now gone but the manhole covers have been displaced.

Me too but can't see any other chances like this for while and last night just makes me want more... Think I'll wait to see what the knowledgeable on here say before making a decision.
