Oh no! I went into the model thread I knew I shouldnt but....they are talking about putting amber alerts out for them up there and even talk of 75cm of snow for them Oh but hey we get our own amber alert too.....for rain....I want to cry

So maybe by chooseing to 100% believing its going to rain it might actualy snow

So met saying rain and some on here say snow, no offence but i think i know which to put my money on.

Not doing anything here now just wet puddles everywhere, it didnt settle but at least i saw snow falling again. One day it will be Axminsters turn again and we'll have proper setteling snow.

Im puzzled, this isnt meant in a moany way but i genuinly dont understand so maybe someone with loads more knowledge than me knows the answer. When snow is forecast it just doesnt happen we dont even get rain so its not like they forecasted snow and it turned to rain, no it goes somewhere else. Now if rain in forecasted it happens almost without exception every time. So how do they forecast acuratly that its going to rain and it does so why is it harder if its snow?

We had a couple of heavy sleety showers earlier with some quite big flakes of snow in. Car temp says 2.5

Had a snow shower in the night that gave things a dusting. Wind seems to have got up and its snowing lightly.

Just stuck my head outside its definitley snow, the car has mushy stuff on the roof and it feels bitterly cold, but just wet and yuck really.

Still sleety here. Actualy looking again its more snow than sleet, going horizontal. Wish it was day light.

Well looking at my lamp post it is definitley snowing out there now, not setteling though as its so wet.

Ours seems to look like it wants to turn to snow but then goes back to rain. I am so confused as to whats going on, the coast was supposed to get snow but the snow is in wiltshire where it wasnt going to snow. Some on here seem to think we'll get lots of snow tonight but the weather on tv says not but meto have yellow amber warnings out. Im getting dizzy just trying to keep up with it all lol.

This is nothing to do with yesterdays conversation its an observation on something iv noticed in the last hour or so, the seagulls seem to be extra noisy, do they know stormy weather is on the way? (

Sorry to be dumb but rain today has an area of something moving up towards the coast, is this whats supposed to be snow coming early or is the potential snow coming later?

Iv been trawling websites planning a holiday to finland and thinking at least I'll get to see snow there and looks whats happened while my backs turned, for once im in an excellent spot to get some snow at home! Am very happy mum today
