    Looks like a fairly potent cell on radar over Lincs, no lightning shown on any detectors though

    I know we have another thread concerning the lack of thunder days, but i haven't had a decent overhead thunderstorm now since July 2015. A few things skirted close by in 2016, and 2017 and 18 saw nothing more than a couple of thundery showers, something has to give at some point Its nice to see charts like this though, even if they are way out in fantasy island

    Is anybody else just absolutely praying for a hot and humid summer? I enjoyed last summer, but id much prefer a "three fine days and a thunderstorm" sort of summer, with plumes' a plenty!

    It quite literally disintegrated an entire neighbourhood, without a doubt the most severe tornado damage ever recorded. The slow forward speed of the tornado is usually mentioned as a factor of why the damage was so intense, but still, a true monster

    Isolated cell over Lincolnshire, looked great from here with the sun shining on the top in the distance

    Suns out here, temp up to 15c, few showers moving in from the NW

    Been using the V8 last week and this weekend with the storms being about, all seems fine so far These controls could look abit tider, but other than that i have found no issues

    Had some fairly large hail here, saw a nice CG bolt and a few flashes, a proper April shower!

    Another potent looking shower just east of Nottingham, the second one that's rolled thorough that area today

    Yep, plenty of lightning in every direction other than here, loads of strikes over Ashbourne at the moment
