  1. Eastern areas will always be more favoured for supercells, even though they are still very rare on the whole
  2. Clearing away to the North now, not much in the way of T&L but some torrential rain
  3. Can still hear an almost continuous rumbling from the cell over Sheffield
  4. Back up the hill, one cell rumbling away to the N, a big line approaching from the S
  5. Looking NW towards Sheffield, not much T&L but nice structure

  7. Yep, even further west today though, the area around Oxford looked nailed on for severe stuff this morning
  8. Heading North now for a non storm related outing, glad I got to witness that though!
  9. Must have been a close CG, my neighbour reckons her TV turned ON from that huge strike
  10. That's easily 2 of the loudest cracks of thunder I've ever witnessed, could literally hear the cracking sound like the air was splitting!

  12. Continuous rumbles of thunder here, looks like it'll pass just to the south though
  13. I tend to try and avoid whatever comes from Mansfield Just heard the first faint rumbles of thunder
