Looks a bit far West to make it now. Would have to arc straight South to his us. Credit its where its due for the warnings its bang on unfortunately. A few showers behind the main band is best we can hope for tbh.

Moderate snow here now cant quite see where its coming from on the radar and app watch has put us bk on 7 hours of light snow. Got a feeling on few cms tonite for the mids. The confusion seems to be the band that's heading towards Ireland and the one just behing it thats more fragmented but could still produce heavy sbow if it keeps its intensity.

Yep started again pure light snow. Really watching that PPN start to pivot now. Will if go south or south west. Current track is through Wales and West mids. We shall see.

Just like that Met app removes 7 hours and now has heavy snow for 2 hours. These things are useless I don't know why I look at them the same as the BBC both dont really have a clue. Radar is always best bet tbh.

BBc has heavy snow and sleet. Met office says 7 hours of light snow. Think Met are most likely to be right as usual. BBC are clueless now tbh.

Yh finally joined the party we have heavy snow now and sticking rapidly now 4th day of falling snow. Tonight looks intresting also.

Yep seems like some streamers coming in from the wash. One to watch marginal for sure though. Happy New year fellow Snow lovers and weather nuts.

Classic wishbone effect kicking in as we draw in colder air. Night time frosts and crisp winters day sun seem possible for next 3 to 4 days then see where our next batch of PPN will come from. Not a fan of Easterlies for our neck of the woods but obviously will make things less marginal.

Still about 60% snow cover as last night it turned to ice. Pretty lethal on pavements and side roads. Tomoz looks a bust now but not to fussed after the snow we have had over the past few days. Any snow will be extremely marginal as milder air is wrapped around so highest ground in North Mids might get a covering. Onwards and upwards into th New year with snow chances aplenty. Stay safe evreone.

Cold crisp nite looks on offer cant see much on the radar troubling us. Hope a nice frost forms over the lying snow ❄. Thursday looks like our next chance but still unsure on track.

Stopped here now for 2 hours it was so heavy and left around 5cms. Very suprised and delighted to see proper daytime snow that sticks. 2020 wasn't entirely s***
