  1. I hope my relatives in Yeovil see some not a flake there all Winter. Keeps going South i think they will.
  2. Tonights runs will give us a more clearer picture if I was placing a bet i think Bristol and maybe South Mids will be the sweet spot. Cant see it reaching Brum.
  3. Does look like Sunday is moving a touch South each run I think it might miss the midlands altogether unless we get a correction North. Just been for a nice walk in the Winter Sunshine not much snow melt here and roads are very icey. Very beautiful out there.
  4. Wow GFS 00Z is a direct hit for the mids that is the perfect line for the Mids.
  5. Matt dont be greedy let the South mids have some also lol. But yh 50 miles either way still to play for.
  6. South mids looks good for Sunday. Although they stressed very unsure how far North it will be. Nice gif from Welsh thread demonstrates most likely Northern extent.
  7. Looks outside after knap suprise its a Winter wonderland and heavy snow falling.
  8. Yep you guys in the East Mids have been cursed this Winter missing out literally by a few miles. Hope for you guys on Sunday for a few cms. And if we get a miracle Easterly in Feb you guy's will be quids in.
  9. Yep looks alot better Hope it corrects South a touch for the people who have missed out so far.
  10. Not the best from models today short and longterm downgrades. Sat/Sun snow risk looks to far North now. Need further corrections South on next run or i fear we are looking at Mid Feb for next snow potential.
  11. Thats a bullseye for me. Hope all the unlucky mids get in on the action the weekend. Elevation has been crucial this Winter.
  12. Just got heavy again here mate. Yh Saturday evretime I look its in a diffrent position. Stoke certainly been in the sweet spot this year.
  13. Eased off here nice why it lasted and now 8th snowfall of the Winter. Chance also for Sunday.
  14. Really shows the West to East boundary as the cold air undercuts.
  15. Radar looks insane for the West mids. Some heavy stuff incoming. We are in the moderate stuff at present heavy incoming. Some of us in the West mids have been lucky in a rubbish Winter generally so far.
  16. Take some nice one's of some rain for you not a flake here
  17. Do you think it will turn here can't see it at the moment but yh huge drop in temps. It would have to be a blizzard to stick theres currently a monsoon lol.
  18. Lashing down of rain here cant see it turning strange as Wolverhampton have snow
  19. Looks good for some back edge snow later. Looks further South to so good for the whole region possibly.
  20. Flooding looks the main issue to me mods showing alot of rain. Cant see much snow away from Scotland and the mountains. Would love to be in Buxton on Thursday and Friday.
  21. Same here for the East mids but can only see a few flakes at best before the mild uppers turn it to rain. Even the SE it will be transient but signifact for a few hours.
  22. Cant see any snow really even the East the rain quickly moves in. Best place for the UK i think will be Norwich/Norfolk area. At least we know there's no chance for the West Midlands so can get a good night's sleep. Let's hope we get the goods in Feb.
  23. One thing that's so consistent on this mornings run is the constant heights in Greenland and the repeated attempt to create a ridge. I think next week we will see plenty of Northerly incursions with snow for the North and if those lows dig further South obviously the risk of snow increases further to those snow starved southeners. Good start from the Gfs continuing on from the pub run.
  24. Good job its way into Fantasy island territory and will look completely diffrent on the next run i would put FI around 72 hours at present with the current SSW and further warmings causing caos with the models.
