A little bit far out of reliable time frame. About as much chance of happening as me waking up to a sack full of Valentine's cards this weekend.

Shade helps it stay intact, my back garden is on a North East side so gets very little sun this time of year, there's hardly a flake left at front where sun gets to most of it.

I've seen loads of Winters over posts on social media as well, I think some need reminding that some of our biggest Snowfalls have happened in March. Hills around Sheffield had over a foot of Snow late April in 1981.

That will be the lightest blue on radar which is showing over Rotherham now, might see odd flake but that's your lot.

Must have gone through about 200 pages in past couple of weeks, we'll be lucky to get through half a dozen by weekend.

I think Stav Daneos and majority of them prefer forecasting milder weather, possibly because it makes it far easier for them, everything coming off Atlantic is much easier to forecast than when it's coming off Europe or down from pola regions.

We need some of those heavy showers that's just past through South Yorkshire early evening to give us a widespread covering which will still be there in morning.

Showers might pep up a little bit further West as we go through afternoon.

I take it this info is from apps? They give a general idea but can be way out at times with symbols they put on them. You can't beat following the radar for accuracy when you're just wanting to know next hour or two.

Seems to have come out of nowhere that, I was just starting to think showers had died down a bit.

The band that's been coming in over Scunthorpe and Doncaster towards Sheffield does look as though its breaking up a little.

This goes off in most of reginal groups, its just frustration of missing out on Snow when they see others just a few miles down road getting a decent amount, it wasn't as bad yesterday because everyone was missing out.
