    Could be a pattern change that ECM has picked up on it would’nt be the first time this has happened,,,,on the bright side it’ll still be feeling seasonal for a few days to come

    Yeah the flow is to Northerly for widespread snow we will have to rely on disturbances in the flow,,still time for that to change though

    On the other hand if the uppers end up at say -10c the North Sea will dump some serious snow on the east coast,,,it cannot be ruled out mid to late December

    Often better with convective snow showers could be some hefty showers with the sun being stronger

    North of the Forth/Clyde estuary is prime position for the streamers looking at the precipitation forecast,,, I reckon there will be a Amber warning for this area

    Sounds like an exciting prospect for snow looking at the warnings out for Wednesday into Thursday but I’m not holding my breath with regards the Central belt as it could be another let down as this winter has been so far

    Back to sleety pish which is surprising considering the elevation

    Forecast is for the level to drop as the afternoon wears on hopefully there is still enough precipitation about by then to give us a covering. Most of this mornings snow has now melted here
