Well it turned to wet snaw for about 10 mins, and Bennachie isn't visible due to fog.. one of the kids said before goimg to school "Snaw tonight dad" apparently google told him so...

What an absolutely awful morning.. all my snaw has gone and its pi55ing it down, my garden looks like a swamp.

On the coast, thats rather remarkable in cold dark winter days let alone spring with all it warm sunshine and longer days..

Another beautiful day here blue skies warm sunshine but still plenty of snaw on the ground.. been watching the radar and some precipitation moving down from North is gettimg closer.... will it make it?? Stay tuned to find out..lol.. ive no idea what to make of Saturday night into Sunday morning?? Think im just gonna wait and see..

Light dusting ontop of existing cover this morning so must have caught a shower over night, radar looks active again this morning. Happy Friday all..

Just had the most random snaw shower ever.. it literally appeared as a tiny pink blob on the radar out of nothing passed right over my house and then dissipated as soon as it has passed over.. again the radar seems to be springing into life, i wonder weather the showers tonight will be able to make it further inland than last night. Saturday night into Sunday looks interesting. Then i think im done for this winter and would welcome some spring warmth and sunshine

Another heavy snaw shower getting going here.  We seem to be trading an hours sunshine with 30 mins of heavy snaw. Ive not bothered looking any further than whats currently on the radar..and I've stayed out the mad house as probably get a lifetime's ban for posting my snaw pic's in there..

Climbed up to a heady high of -0.9C so far today, but feels far, far warmer than that out in the sun.

Radar looks to be building nicely to the North, @Halfamilefromnowhere but be getting buried.

Took the boys out at 8am for an early snaw baw fight. Bloody freezing outside so only last 30 mins.

Indoors to a nice hot drink to warm up..

Dog unimpressed by it all..

Heavy snaw showers building out of nowhere on the radar and plenty more incoming by the look of things a good dusting already so if things continue overnight i would expect a good few inches by the morning..

Heavy snaw showers on and off leaving a covering thats quickly disappears after the shower stops. I suspect once darkness comes and the temperature drops away it will settle and stay.

I've noticed the radar is stuck at 13:55.. so can't see whats going on with the showers, rather annoying.
