I think today has been the hottest day ive ever experienced (no joke).
Its been scorching on the isle of wight and i cant believe for a minute that there will be no fireworks when this heat spell breaks.

Looking out my window here on the isle of wight. Just a wet windy Saturday afternoon.
Not much of a storm down here at the moment.

Rain heavy in the isle of wight now too.

Been mostly sunny on the isle of wight.
Dont know what the fuss is about.

Heading up ventnor downs with my eldest for a view of the south coast and channel. Fingers crossed it happens early enough.

Oh look it's raining here on the Isle of Wight. Unless the models show raging easterlies I never believe these met warnings here.

Beeb forecast for the Isle of Wight looks disappointing (yet again). My thoughts are allready turning towards spring time and warmth. Been another frustrating winter.

Living here on the Isle of Wight I've learned to take snow forecasts with a very large pinch of salt.
One of the worst places if you love snow.
