    Agreed. 2018 gets talked about a lot. West of the Pennines was just cold and sunny. Not that I’m bitter or anything. Much prefer this set up.

    People are hoping the SSW imprints favourably on the trop possibly with a Greeny high. Well, we had one in December and most people didn’t see a flake. Hopefully if it occurs we all might get some more action.

    Why do experienced and well respected poster write ‘an’ SSW, surely it’s ‘a’ sudden. What am I missing?

    There was no disappointment. The 2 main models never showed anything from the East. You actually believed the GFS? Can anyone on here in the last 15 years give one example where in Winter the GFS was showing something different to the ECM and UKMO within the 5/6 day timeframe and the ECM and UKMO were wrong and switched to show what the GFS was showing?

    The Garbage Forecasting System will eventually see the error of it’s ways and by tonight the high will have sunk leaving us looking at the middle of Feb if not March for any further interest.

    After 2 days of PM flow I finally hit 1 tiny shower.

    Didn’t hit one single shower. Grazed the edge of one and got a dusting. Didn’t see a single flake fall yet just to East got a couple of inches. Kasim do you think the strat will split and we can have some proper fun?
