  1. Exactly, they want to calm down a considerable amount
  2. 7hrs since the last post, this place should be buzzing. Been 1 of the poorest winters ever, and no sign of anything white and flaky, unless my dandruff counts. Has the fat lady sung yet, she's well overdue.
  3. You can put your house on the fact, that come spring, the azores bu((er, will disappear. And the washout will start
  4. Indeed, and with the high chance, that it will be watered down significantly, over the coming days. Boy what a huge disappointment winter has been, atlantic pretty much asleep, background signals all in favour, yet nothing.
  5. Definitely groundhog day, what a borefest, another disastrous winter. Yes im chucking the towel in, soz.
  6. I've just seen a picture of Santorini, they're buried, meanwhile here in south east england, I can barely get a frost lol. That bleeding azores high, needs to do 1, every sodding winter it's there.
  7. Daffodils out and flowering, becoming an all too regular occurrence. Old man winter only likes to make fleeting appearances, usually march.
  8. What a wet day, certainly had some rain. Hopefully something a bit drier and brighter from midweek, i'll take that. Better than laden grey skies, which sums up my mood, as the search for the elusive continues. It seems to be getting harder and harder each winter. March 2013 was the last decent winter wonderland. I'd take the usual 4 day offering at the moment. One day it will all work out.
  9. Well, the weather outside IS frightful, and for all the wrong reasons. Spring returns next week by the looks of it. Enough of that for the time being, it's the festive season, so, from myself, to all of you wonderful people in this forum. May I wish you a very merry christmas, and a happy new year. Hopefully the weather gods will treat us soon enough.
  10. Spot on, in my opinion, the models are a complete waste of time, effort and money. You can have 99.99% of runs showing the next narnia, but that 0.1%, showing mild, always wins. But I'll still get reeled in on the next chase, and no doubt, be swearing and cursing when it goes belly up. Why is it so bloody difficult to have a winter nowadays, the climate has changed, whether it's global warming, or just a natural phase, remains to be seen. Onto the next chase. Merry Christmas all
  11. I love a good old storm, and I love the snow even more. Sadly in regards to snow, it seems so hard to get anything decent now. The climate has definitely changed in the last few years. No doubt i'll get another 4 day offering in march.
  12. Morning everyone, a quick check in the mad thread, and it's a very sad place at the moment. The nailed on cold and narnia charts, have inevitably gone. Lot's of very upset people, you'd think they'd have learnt by now.
  13. May I just say this is complete bonkers, it's gone 1am, and im reading stuff about sammy snowman, and the pest from the west. And I openly admit, it's bloody brilliant. I do hope there's a very happy ending @TomSE12. Fantastic adventure.
  14. I was going to ask what the prognosis was, but seeing as the last post was 4hrs ago, I think I have the answer lol.
  15. Jeeze peeps, off topic I know, and no doubt removed shortly, but let's all calm down, the weather will do what it wants to do, worst thing's happening in the world right now
