  1. Cloudy skies, and some torrential rain in the area, down nr Minehead, stifling humidity I'm guessing, sweating like nobody's business, hurry up cooler weather, I hope you're all coping ok back homewards, the cooldown is coming, remain calm
  2. 1 more day people lol, I'm in Minehead this week, and I'm watching the radar in anticipation, heavy thundery showers this afternoon, which will bring the change to some cooler weather. I'll do my best to hurry it along down to you folks
  3. Indeed, I usually reside in the South east, right on the Kent Sussex border, but I'm in Minehead for a few days, local weather saying very warm in the morning, then some heavy showers moving through, and that should hereld the change. Cmon guys and gals, we can do this, roll on winter
  4. I'm in Somerset for a few days, roasting here, when does the cooler weather arrive, I'll get it 1st being West, I'll tell it to hurry up
  5. Driven from East Sussex to Somerset, fair bit of cloud here nr Minehead, certainly warm
  6. Where's a pesky shortwave when you need 1, bet they'll be plenty of the gits around, come wintertime, ready to scupper a decent snowfall for us all
  7. Beautiful breeze today, really not looking forward to the next week or so, those temps aren't good for anything
  8. Absolutely, I'm hoping a shortwave develops out of the blue. They alway scupper a cold and snowy spell, by suddenly appearing at t36 or less. There must be 1 lurking somewhere
  9. Soz to be a party pooper, but I'm really hoping those temps don't come to fruition. I'm not a fan of the heat, and this country just cannot cope, 25c is just what I like. Talk of records being broken, doesn't float my boat, plus we need rain. 25c by day, and rain at night in the summer, as pop larkin says, perfick. Hope everyone is ok
  10. 1 storm in Essex, hardly the whole SE, been absolutely glorious here
  11. Absolutely beautiful here in Rye, im sat outside the cafe, awaiting my next fare, but with no trains running, I'm not hopeful lol. Think I may miss out on the action today, as everything seems to forming north and west of here.
  12. I've got my fingers crossed for some action, sounds a bit rude that, ha ha, I'll settle for an hour of heavy rain, it will save me the job, of watering the flowers later.
  13. What a year this is shaping up for storms, 3 decent event's already, and it's only mid june.
  14. Had a nice little storm around 9pm, some booming cannon thunder, and much needed rain for the pots, shame it messed it up for the early hours, but never mind, had 2 storms in the past 3 weeks, much better than previous. Have a good day all
  15. Well, im going to bed, those earlier storms, seem to have pushed the instability away from the south east
  16. Where can I view the current cape values, debating whether to go to bed lol
  17. I can see the constant flashing from the lightning, out towards Brighton, from here
  18. Time will tell, I've got no bookings for tomoz, so provided I don't fall asleep, I'll stay up
  19. Looks like they're further west than anticapted, I was hoping more east of the Isle of Wight
