ECM's and UKMO's take on things for next Monday. The isobars not quite as squeezed on the UK's and may still moderate. Has been pretty rough up here the last week or so regarding the wind. The lads and lass's in Scotland must have had it really bad. -

Thanks for taking the time to post Ian. All in all that's quite a downbeat forecast for what is left of January. Hopefully the frost you mention can creep as far North as Yorkshire. -

I'm sure I recall someone mention snow with uppers as warm as 0c and these uppers are around and stay at -4c. May be possible to get a bit of the white stuff. -

Its like sitting on the runway at the the end of a great holiday, willing the plane to take off even though it's packed to the rafters full of people, booze fags and duty free. If we all wish hard enough it will happen. Navgem 12z http://www.meteociel.fr/modeles/navgeme_cartes.php -

Is there any chance of that system being a glancing blow Knocker or is it a definite wipeout. EDIT: Thanks for the reply. Very worrying really, we already have numerous roads closed around here already. We need a few weeks to dry out. -
