  1. Thunder/lightning now here, heavy rain, temp still at 27C.
  2. Storm developing just to SW of Wolves, heading for Telford/Shrewsbury area, can hear thunder in distance.
  3. A few clouds moving in from the south and south-east now, temp rising fairly quickly now, 27.4C.
  4. Saturday's threat of storms seems to have been scrubbed off the warnings list here, looking at the BEEB's site, but still have that stiff ENE breeze, temp has only just crept past 20C even though it was forecasted to reach 22/23C today, warm in direct sun out of the wind though.
  5. Sun out since sunrise here, a few patcy low level clouds about, but buning away pretty quickly, still that stiff breeze, but looks set for a clear sunny day.
  6. Just 19.2C here, still that stiff ENE breeze.
  7. The Beeb/MetOffice only has temps peaking between 24/26C locally on Sat/Sun/Mon, with a high chance of thundery showers/storms thrown in for fun, so not overly hot - except maybe for the east and south-east, despite the country wide warnings this morning.
  8. Cloud breaking up here now, a more easterly drift to the flow of cloud, still only 15.2C.
  9. Thick cloud, cold breeze, 9.8c, beautiful start to the day - again.
  10. I know, it was just a sarky comment, just for note, temp has peaked at 13.6c today.
  11. Have a mighty 11.5C here now, so the BBC's to even forecast 18C is a complete pi** take on their ability to forecast accurately, so the weekend and 26/27C may well be another disappointment.
  12. No sign of that grey muck shifting today, looks thicker and more persistent than previous days with it. Temp currently 10.9C.
  13. Beware that's BBC weather, back to the thick drift of clag from the North Sea, temp 10C, be lucky to break 60f today.
  14. Didn't take long, did it, back to the cold and cloudy, look set to stay in place all day, temp 10C, be lucky to break the 60f barrier today.
  15. Persistent cloud piling in from the NE all day, temp peaked at 16C 2 hours ago, dropping down now.
  16. May of posted this website before, plenty of interesting charts to keep you occupied during this major event awaiting to hit our shores - www.weathercharts.org.
  17. Had roughly 3/4 cm overnight here in N Wolverhampton, more of an effort from the sky than the football team did on the pitch yesterday evening.
