  1. The local forecast of any snowfall on Wed/Thur has almost been eradicated by the BBC now, so playing it on a day to day basis - or hourly.
  2. Don't post much on here (mainly a viewer), but just wondered if anyone had seen the info on this site, otherwise just ignore. www.weathercharts.org
  3. Still nothing too severe here - no bins blown over yet.
  4. Dark clouds all around now, still nothing - check that light flakes dropping, slight NE flow in falling.
  5. Some grey/blue patches of cloud in the sky showing now, still nothing falling. Large hole in radar over West Mids also, moisture seems to be being taken by the welsh hills and reform 80 or so miles downwind, may get a dusting here, but that's it i reckon.
  6. If anyone was to look at the difference at the radar scans from midday to 1pm, it has weakened and fragmented significantly, so just expecting a few fluttery flakes.
  7. Can't see too much falling out of this at the moment - locally anyway.
  8. Currently heavy snow, -0.3, guessing 2" on ground at the moment, wind has dropped, though still fairly strong. 8.30am, looks ended now, an hour of heavy snow, few drips on the go.
  9. Not a sniff of any storms here - yet, just the standard medium/heavy frontal rain, has almost stopped at the moment, very light winds. Said yet, not going to happen, though rain has restarted.
  10. BBC up to it's old tricks again - giving out weather warnings for light rain showers on Sunday, best to give a shrug of the shoulders.
  11. Looking like the SE/E could (is) take a good soaking today, not the forecasted central England as per forecast just 12 hours or so ago. We'll receive some but not what is going on in the E & SE now.
  12. Nothing but rain showers here today, only rumblings heard came from neighbours rolling their bins back into place.
  13. Starting to just look like a good old fashioned light silent shower or two on the cards.
  14. Just a few spots of rain, that's it. Don't think this one is worth getting too animated over again, well, here anyway.
  15. Looking like the storm warnings were a little overcooked again today. Just a dull day with some light rain at times.
  16. Don't think many places in the Mids will see 1mm of rainfall let alone 100mm of potential rainfall as per the local (Shefali!) or national forecast predicted over the course of this weekend, a complete miss hit.
  17. If some people like complaining about the past "heat", then see if they open up and comment when the atlantic conveyor belt switch is flicked on.
  18. Gotta feeling the severity of this breakdown may well be downgraded a wee bit for when it's set to begin - looking at a few of the local forecasts. Also the max temps set for today are creeping up.
  19. Has the BBC website caught a virus, as it has 8 days on the bounce with temps on or above 24C from Monday, here around my place of residence. I'm sure that will soon change with time i'm sure.
