nice bright morning up here, apart from the midges! signs of trouble though, out over the Atlantic. Temp 12 C Vis in excess of 50 miles (we can see St Kilda thismorning!) :unsure:
About an hour of heavy rain with a couple of distant rumbles of Thunder thisafternoon. now brightening up from the west, Temp 20 C very humid and calm - oh for a good old Lewis Gale !!!
Hot and Humid Sky is really black to the west over the ocean, looks like the trough on its way in. Thunder heard earlier, no rain Temp 24 Wind westerly 12 mph
Clear blue sky up here with a temp of 25 C on the west side of the island. We are just not used to temperatures like this here, oh for a good old Hebrides gale! On the east side where there is a light breeze blowing off the Minches it is only 19 C
21 C with a RH of 76% Overcast and drizzle Goodness me a patch of blue sky has appeared to the SW the first blue sky for 4 days my cup do runneth over !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Back to normal up here Drizzle Fresh SW wind 20 mph gusting to 26 mph Press 1010 falling 13 degree Overcast Stratus, and Nimbo Stratus With all the thunder and lightning about in the south it seems like a different planet up here!
