    Another cell just fired up to my east come up from the south and holy crap it's a loud one

    I'm looking north towards Watford at the moment at the stuff that's gone over head already and to the west as well (yay for North/south aligned flat)

    Calmed down here a bit now I think the cell that was over Slough has now moved over here - noise has almost gone now seems very elevated but still a great light show going on Anything more heading for me in anybodies opinion? Harry - you were right about being patient!

    Trying not to but losing hope here in London absolutely nothing to report, not even a shower! Although the wind does appear to have picked up slightly and the temperature has started to drop noticeably - not much in the way of cloud formation though

    Don't like the look of those latest runs, go just to the west of me Here's to hoping something still kicks it off here though, it's still very warm and humid here so fingers crossed

    Cloud over Harefield at the moment. Any good?

    Keep getting high level cloud come and go over here at the moment (Harefield, most north west part of london) and it is quite humid, and around 25-26c Here's to hoping something really kicks off tonight, my shiny new Nikon DSLR needs some storms to capture!

    It feels as if I am standing in front of a hot air duct in the garden, it's so unbelievably hot out there. I really hope we get something down here in London, preferably kicking off at night for best effect! What are the chances of seeing something in Watford or Uxbridge?

    Air con plant showing 17.8c external temp in Watford already and the sun is only just starting to break through... Quite humid I would say so it's looking up!

    Just a load of high level murk over me at the moment right in the top corner of NW London. Hope it clears... I was looking forward to getting onto the roof at work and getting some cool photos

    Boooooo... Is this import the only thing that's likely to cause any interest tonight or will there be the ability for cells to go up on their own? Will it be easier once the sun goes down for a cell to form?

    Looks as if it's current track will take it over central/east London and miss the west, what does everybody else think on that? I would love another light show tonight (I'm just a little north of Uxbridge)
