  1. I’m confident we’ll do alright, some places could get quite a pasting based on precipitation charts It will be a case of radar watching tomorrow from late afternoon to see how far off the first band of rain the cold air is, imagine it was frontal, looks plenty of precipitation heading in first
  2. The initial front looks like all rain then we have this follow in behind
  3. Looking forward to viewing the Euro4’s tomorrow, seeing this blue turn readily to pinks for the whole country. Updates at 00.00, 05.00, 11.00 and 17.00 for anyone interested https://www.weatheronline.co.uk/cgi-bin/expertcharts?LANG=en&MENU=0000000000&CONT=ukuk&MODELL=euro4&MODELLTYP=1&BASE=-&VAR=prty&HH=48&ZOOM=0&ARCHIV=0&RES=0&WMO=&PERIOD=
  4. MetO overnight text Outlook for Monday to Wednesday: Rainband, hill snow, crossing from northwest Monday, with wintry showers following later. Thereafter windy with wintry showers, frequent in north, with risk thunder and hail. Thumbs up from me ????
  5. Tuesday still looking good, charts all over the place now, some writing winter off, most dispondent and a small few wisely noting that unless charts within reliable time frames they won’t get hopes up
  6. Tuesday still looking good, better than nought Things changed overnight, could change again for the better over the next 24hrs, reliable timeframes still should be considered up to 72hrs imo
  7. I’m impressed with the consistency of the gfs runs Hopefully we’re radar and lamppost watching come late Monday evening into tuesday
  8. Going by radar precipitation moving in a north east direction, some looks heavy enough, few wee surprises overnight? Current dp’s
  9. Hopefully ronan, we know what can happen between now and then but looks odds on at the minute, hopefully we can get the more experienced guys on board I have snow symbols on metO app for location....I know I know but nice to see all the same 18z keeps er lit through Tuesday
  10. Apologises or not, snow ball fight still only way to sort Anyway, radar showing precipitation in from the mid west heading east, turning rain to sleet with some showing as snow. Any reports welcomed on the ground.
  11. Yes MS, looking good, let’s gets the same chart up tomorrow afternoon with shades of deep pink
  12. Neiller and Baltic, only way to sort this is a good old snow ball fight next week, first opportunity Monday into Tuesday. In all seriuosness, it has all sorts of personalities in here, just read the MOD thread and you’ll understand, ignore and move on.
  13. Monday possibility looking good, Tuesday still looking good, Tuesday has been pretty solid for past couple of days
