    Looks like it is over Cherstsey way - from the top of my garden in Cobham I can see towards Weybridge and I keep seeing huge flashes !!

    Beautiful day loving the low dew points - watch out for the sun though UV levels must have been really high today ..

    cool today only 14c here in N Surrey with a new point of 3.9c , bright and pleasant though ..

    Huge change in feel of conditions dew point dropped from 15c to 11c wind gusty and nw still feels pleasant but almost completely cloudy now for first time since Thursday morning

    Last few days have been most agreeable with the low dew points - today feels more like a muggy day in August dew point up to 15c now !! Feels like it will all go bang soon

    Back to square one with weather again - it seems payback for one sunny morning we have another wet day ! Lack of posts probs reflects general apathy with conditions - heatwave on the way then ...?

    yep it unpleasant temp 5.6c dew p 2.2c fallen half a degree in last hour....

    4.7c moderate rain like numerous mornings in December & January not expecting anything wintry - so just like December & January !!

    well we will see... but its really quite breezy still here to the south west of you in Surrey so personally not expecting anything ...

    I think the only hope to see even a hint of sleet is if it stays calm to aid evaporative cooling - if its too breezy surely it will mix out the cold layers

    rain is taking an age to reach here but a NNW strong wind is fairly unusual for here

    the main thing of note at the moment seems to be the wind, really gusty - don't think much blossom will be left by morning...

    Miserable day here in North Surrey — topped out 8.2 c strange to see your breath in daylight like a chilly November day !! Having just come back from Barbados it seems even worse - I don’t expect any sympathy mind !!

    cracking morning finally in Cobham this morning first in a long while -no measurable sunshine for 7 consecutive days here must be a near record for a week in April

    very unpleasant again and its so dull feels like November .... at least April showers stop this is more November rain but on a south easterly !!
