    What are you on about? I post charts many times. My point was, what is the point in worrying about temps a week on Saturday when there is so so much uncertainty well before.

    Yeah it definitely wasn't forecast, like you it say it was a few snow showers and maybe a couple of cm's. Instead we got battered!

    IF we somehow managed 3 snow events in a week, then I wouldn't care if the rest of the Winter was roasting, as it would live long in the memory. Only Thursday though, will be different again tmr lol.

    Yeah deffo mate, these little features can dump a decent amount in a short space of time, causing chaos. There was one I vividly remember when I was about 10/12, came in overnight and wasn't very well forecast. It left about 4 inches, plus it happened on a Friday night,so the street was full of kids on the Sat, great memories.

    It would as on the whole we do struggle, our first snow symbols have appeared on the Met for Tues. I think we'll see something next week. Same here, I thought both UKMO & ECM were very good.

    I've always said the GFS is head and shoulders above the others, for at least the last 2 hours.
