Seasonal weather required

Just popped in to tidy up . What a mess left by the winter party , this won’t do . Looks like a few have been ? sick in the corner ( probably the Swansea crowd - they can’t handle it and are usually banned or not on the list ). Whats this ? An Andy music onesie with a picture of Derek on the behind ! Who the hell wore that ? Andy will be back soon I think ,he was ejected for pinning Derek up against the wall and putting a sack over his head . Right , ripping up the carpet , wooden flooring for next winter I think , think the walls need re painting also , maybe a warning matrix themed yellow , orange and red wall plus a sickly green wall for those Swansea folk to stand next to ( if they ever get invited again that is ). Right then , locking the door on this one , all you stragglers and mountain folk will have to stand outside in the smoking shed until I’m done .

If I see Derek walking along the mumbles this summer I will accidentally nudge him into the bay , then ask him how tropical the water feels . I think i have developed an irrational hatred of that man now . I must really slink back into the ether now .

Temporarily popped out of the shadows to show this :- Similar direction of travel though this time Swansea is under the heaviest precipitation , however you guessed it , yes it’s rain . Where is the fohn effect now ? Whoever this fohn character is they deserve a good kicking . You just have to laugh at this . Almost every bit of of the pathetic snowfall has gone now - you wouldn’t have known . Anyway , back into hibernation and lurking until next winter .

Well , it’s been bitterly disappointing here in Swansea . I can’t recall ever feeling as let down as much as this time . Plenty of just the wrong side of marginals in the past , plenty of just a bit too far aways, plenty of if it can go wrong it will go wrong and did go wrong - but this tops the lot . A truly epic failure I hope never to witness again . I see a few are hanging on in here now , bitten by the beast they have the bug , all that white powder crap coursing through their veins , a monumental high that they are still surfing ,yet slowly but surely the come down begins , but it’s denial at the moment , soon though with only the pictures and charts to show for it . Swansea stood up to the beast and roared right in its face . The beast whimpered let out a little miaow , stamped its feet and went off in a huff towards Ireland .

Don’t worry as in summer when the rain comes from the south east it will be toasty and dry in Swansea ...... Speaking of summer the Ssw in 2013 led to a fantastic summer ..... directly ?? Maybe .. So perhaps this summer could be just as good as that one . Nice stroll down to verdis in the late evening warmth , glass of red then maybe a bag of chips from yallops or stay in verdis if you must ... Walk round the bays on the coastal path , and it’s right on our doorstep . Would you rather be up in the cool misty valleys then ?

I just watched Chris Fawkes doing the sporting fixture forecast - showed Cardiff up to 10 degrees on Thursday . Normally I’d be pretty sad to see this ,if it was after an event ,though this time I will be glad when this pathetic minor mess is washed away .?????

Did he ? Missed that ! Wow , now I am justifiably anti Derek. Andy , your right , he must be sacked . Thats so harsh and crosses a line , a red line in fact . No amber written warning just sack him - red card !! Off you TROT !!

I just jumped on the andymusic anti derek bandwagon because I think someone should carry the can for this debacle . No rational reason behind it but i think Behnaz deserves to be number one now. Derek son , your time is up . Dont hang around like Wenger , just go with your head held high .

Well look at that ! No dry patch over Swansea ... Direction of travel not too dissimilar to the recent snow ... But one subtle difference - it’s rain ! Hahahaha Where is the flippin fohn effect now ?

The cold rain will be a final act . It will signify the end of this torture . Whilst the pathetic snow cover is still visible we can’t fully move on . This isn’t just one of those occasions where further up the valley gets pasted and usual lowlanders get cold rain . This is far worse . This was supposed to be epic and has been for large areas . I think i will be mentally scarred by this . Damn weather lol .

Please god no . Just bring on the cold rain . End this torment ! Swansea is in a weather related purgatory !!!

In 30 years time I shall remember this saga . People will be laughing at the forecast dry patch and it will bring back memories of these horrible few days . I shall pass on my experiences and warn my daughter not to get too excited about building a snowman for my grand daughter . Though in 30 years time I would imagine the weather forecasts to be super accurate . Todays 4 day forecasts are as good as the 1 day forecast 30 years ago so they say . So 12 days out accuracy - imagine the hype then with that length of build up ? Though I think the weather will be manipulated by the Chinese in 30 years time . It will all be programmed . Each country will know what they will get for the following year . Some countries will have to pay the Chinese for better weather . I think it would be quite easy to create a SSW in future . Anyway back to the bobble hat - no one will find out if I don’t eat it so why the heck am I worrying about it ?.

No I don’t begrudge anyone at all and some great pictures ! The Irish ones also truly are worthy of being called epic . This has been a harsh lesson learned . Disregard the models and pay the price. I mocked the persistently modelled dry patch ,but it just cracked a huge dinosaur egg and dribbled it all over my humble pie stuffed face . I have never been so badly wrong and must face the consequences . The worst one being I didn’t get to build a proper snowman with my daughter . Another being I genuinely don’t know how to eat a bobble hat .

Bring on the rain . It’s time to wash away this pathetic attempt at snow cover . Its not the despair , I can take the despair , it’s the hope that kills you. Officially given up now . Enough is enough . No final request , just put the blindfold on and kick the stool away please .

lol Dereks days are numbered now Andy has sussed him out . Derek it’s time to move on and hand over the reigns to Behnaz . Derek has become like Arsene Wenger . Time to go .

Sack Derek I say . Someone must take responsibility for the dry patch . He should fall on his own sword . Derek , if you have anything about you , do the honourable thing and resign please .

That is of course the most sensible and likely reason why , yet in the past we have had snowfall from a very similar direction. Again though there was a variance but not to this famine or feast degree . I think previously the precipitation was just so heavy it didn’t “ dry up “ .

Why do we continue to torture ourselves ? Saying that , I think I’m over it now , expectations are flat on the floor so the only way is up from here . We have taken an absolute kicking from Cardiff , lying on the floor clearly defeated , yet they are giving no quarter ... Mercy , mercy, can’t you see the white flag ?? What did we do wrong ??

Emmas party invites were sent out to all , free bar , all you can eat buffet , steak ,gravy , chips , the lot . Swansea and Llanelli turned up all excited until the doorman couldn’t find their names on the list , “ names not down your not coming in “.

Can we eek something out of this blob ? Just 1 cm please . But British flakes it must be . Not too much to ask . Im really not looking forward to trying to eat this bobble hat .

Lol the current main blob looks like skirting WNW over swansea , giving a few flakes maybe .. Snow poverty on the streets around here. Not a single snowman to be found . Cap in hand begging for some scraps to be sent over from the east . Some people actually attempting to defect to the East , though the Swansea council robowarden is having none of it. The streets are parched with all the salt , very grim and grey here but never mind as we have a northerly forecast in 384 hours time on the GFS ...
