  1. Sorry guys for us up here I can't get too exited with latest output , more mild with a few cold blips
  2. Up here we have 3 cold days and rest normal or above so hey if that's what you think I don't have a problem with that each to their own mate
  3. A two day toppler then 10 days later a 1 day toppler in between mild nothingness mostly that's it if the GFS is correct , let's hope not
  4. ECM no better , half of winter gone just about. We need something to change quickly .
  5. Yes mate , I am still waiting first snowfall which is really unusual for us , will need to check but this could be the latest in winter yet which would sum it up
  6. Yep if GFS has pattern right then back to mild nothingness , what an awful winter this has been
  7. Looks like another month above average unless something changes dramatically
  8. To a point but when we have a snow and next day temps get above freezing it usually melts unless as you say we have that rarest of event an ice day which we very rarely get even in colder times
  9. Think we need something to happen soon as even up here by mid Jan into Feb unless the snow is knee deep it melts in the stronger sun
  10. I have seen the sun on 3 occasions in whole of December, awful
  11. Prefer the GEM , more chances of something a bit more seasonal
  12. Hi Mate, I think that depends where you stay , for the guys down south not going to be much in the way of cold other than fleeting glimpses , depressing
  13. Well up here in the central belt of Scotland we had a good Jan and Feb for snow and for us a good summer , back end of year has been dull and met
  14. No afraid not mate , we are sheltered fron the Highlands to our north so unless exceptionally cold we are lucky to get a frost if its windy
  15. Don't say that mate , up here the whole of December has beed a cloudy crudfest
