    We should be comparing the 18z with last nights 18z. Any move towards the 12z will be a positive sign, even if it doesn't look as good.

    It def looks age on from 12z gfs, don't expect any quick changes from meto or bbc though. Also we just need 18z to be better than last nights. Don't think it will be quite as good as this but should be better than sat nights.

    And yet the specific location forecast keeps me totally dry all day Friday. Updated 2pm. I guessed as much last night!

    More doubts how far north the snow will get. In short we could stay dry. I don't think anyone can say until tomorrow.
