    Massive flashes here! No thunder, although, I realise that doesn't always follow....nice change from the fireworks. Looking forward to some cold, crisp, weather.

    Sooooo typical. I have waited all afternoon and evening for a flash of lightning, thunder or just a decent moment of torrential rain....I go into the kitchen (as I have a cheese addiction) and bam, best lightning bolt ever (according to my hubby and children) and now heavy rain.

    I thought there would be more people on here?! For once, I'm hoping for no snow (never thought I would say that), well at least not enough snow to cause travel disruptions as taking my girls to Disney World Monday morning! It's about time for some warmth and sunshine....roll on next winter :-)

    Fine, steady, snow here in Biggin Hill and the wind is picking up!

    Dusk and snow now....settling and getting very windy. Had a snow day here, wonder what tomorrow will bring?

    After a beautiful sunny, but freezing day the snow clouds have returned. Loving the icicles everywhere and the amount of birds grabbing their share of food in the garden. Snowing now, however, really unsure what to expect....good luck to all and stay warm!

    Yes, I do! Was totally amazing. I was in Clapham, SW4...so fairly close to Central London. Caught a lot of people out!

    Thunder and lightening and heavy rain currently in Bromley....sky looks purple!

    Had a brief period of really big snow flakes on my way home, lovely to see. Went from very cold rain in Bromley to sleet and then snow in Biggin Hill. Forecast says maybe some more overnight, however, I'm not overly confident. Looks like the wind is going to be more of a concern for us lot?!?

    Looking forward to the drop in temp during tomorrow (initially thought to be overnight Thu/Fri). Temps not as high as first thought for Wed/Thu, well certainly not for Biggin. Looking forward to the ride (lol....might regret that comment after last nights 'banter') x
