    I can confirm that it was snowing in Biggin Hill at about 9.30am.. Faily heavy for a very short period and big blobs. Was lovely to see :-)

    Beautiful, sunny and cold.....as Stainesbloke says, perfect. Bit of a 'blip' tomorrow, then back to cold and hopefully crisp.

    So wanted a good storm! Been so breezy today, however breeze dropped and clouds gathered, then....rain. Hey ho, can't control the weather!

    Quite warm here this afternoon and no breeze at all. Love seeing huge cumulus clouds this time of year, with showers, sun and rainbows; however, we cannot control the weather. Enjoy the weekend x

    Left Orpington at 4.45, pouring with rain and 7 degrees. Got to Biggin, temp dropped to 0 degrees, everything covered, and, at the time very heavy snow. Almost had to abandon car, but just made it. Looks so beautiful but so scary to drive in. Looks like tomorrow morning will be treacherous

    Crazy weather....beautiful today. Gardening in the warm sunshine (cold in the shade) and then check the 10 day forecast and 95% risk of snow on Thursday!!

    Beautiful frosty start, then clouded over and for a while had big fluffy snow flakes! So lovely to see and especially nice for my 'big' birthday. Drizzle now, heh ho x

    Tbh, I love the anticipation of it.....yeah, prob won't come off, however, at least, at this point it brings people together. I'd rather be waiting and hoping than all chances being gone xx

    We were told 8 degrees and only got to 3 degrees all day! Felt really raw...just wish we had some more of the white stuff!

    Totally gorgeous day here in Biggin. Beautiful sunshine whilst walking the Spaniel up at Cudham and enjoyed sitting by the window in the sun whilst drinking a pint up in Knockholt. Lots of snow drops and the beginnings of lots of other spring flowers. Did want a full on snow day, however, after today, sunshine,bike rides and picnics sound pretty nice :-) x
