    @johncam let's be honest the EC46 are hopeless. The whole of January and February were looking good for cold at one time. I wouldn't disagree, EC46 was dreadful last year and like a lost puppy I followed it up the garden path....................guess what I have done the same thing this Winter

    Picked some of the ENS, not to show longevity in any cold snap/spell, there isn't one but we have some shots at cold going forward, get into next week and we should see some change.................hopefully

    Before anyone moans " why the charts" Just looking for any signs of hope moving forward. Certainly it isn't all doom and gloom eh? Will look again Sunday and see if the 5 days makes a difference with regards what's on show .

    I hope that isn't the end from Tamara for this season, extreme expertise and knowledge are welcome, along with Cat, Met, Blue and others ...............and of course you Scotty Boy Weather in the UK is a nightmare and if you met it in a pub you'd give it a bloody good hiding lol Our time for an extreme Winter will come I am sure....................................still plenty of time yet.

    And that is exactly what it is a standard spell of Winter weather, I can't help thinking if us on here have over hyped it, the MET never really got carried away and only ever mentioned a low chance of widespread snow. But at least we have Feb and March and both of those can deliver severe weather...................when was our last severe Jan hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
