    mmmmm just seen forcast and some snow predicted through night for us. Think it might be a bit of a stretch. So in a word we shall see (3 words) lol

    Advice needed...Kids are so sure this is going to be a let down and school will be open, so they have offered me a bet. If school is open and they win I owe em a tenner each, if its shut and I win I can have their iphones for 48hrs......should I take the bet?

    Fine snow here in Tarn centre near college, had around 3inch up to now. Showers from North sea reaching us inland, fingers crossed they beef up a bit.

    Yep I saw both forecasts as well, doesnt take much these days to confuse me. Mind you the national weather didnt go furthur on into Fri evening/Saturday, probably cos they still unsure .

    Had to laugh this morning on BBC news 24 weather, detailed forecast until midnight Sunday then he mumbled his way through Monday and Tuesday, so obvious they are struggling, then the next weather update Monday Tueday not mentioned at all lol.

    Fine icy drizzle at the moment,mind u that band of ppn is not quite at Barnsley yet. Had a few cars skidding this am not realising its black ice!! Waiting for school to ring, either because too icy or we get that snow.
