Radar watching makes this sort of thing painful! We've had a good 3-4 cm in Telford and it's still misting down, best snow of the year so far, but I can't help but look at the pasting Wolves and Birmingham have had just down the road
I'm in The Rock, it's actually starting now. Very light and dusty, but it's so cold it's turning the ground white already. Don't see it building up much though.
The ultimate jinx! When I got up the band was headed straight for me, multiple snow symbols on the met app, so I thought it was safe to tell my daughter...now it's somehow not snowing! Just hoping to get something when it pivots round now.
I'm always agonisingly unsure exactly where Telford is on a blank map...could be in the orange bit, could be north of the snow altogether! I guess that's always the issue when there's such a sharp cutoff point when it comes to northern extent.
Well that was one of the most obvious cold fronts I've seen! From mild and chucking it down to heavy sticking snow in the space of 10 minutes in Telford.
