    Does anyone know how long these storms will last in the evening hours. Would love for some distant lightning views

    These storms are very prolific thunder producers, went on a small chase on my bike, nice looking structure but hardly any visible lightning flashes let alone bolts. I’m going to wait for it to get a bit darker before heading out again.

    I think it’ll be moving north so we’ll still be in with a chance if that comes off.

    Just checked the go pro Timelapse and that cell earlier did appear to have some kind of spin with it, certainly sheared though. It’s a bit hard to make out on the tiny camera screen but I’ll upload it to my pc and post on here.

    At least ukv and arome showing similar areas getting storms so that may be some consistency, mostly Lincolnshire and parts of Yorkshire

    I’ll join in here, I usually love warm humid weather, because it makes me feel like I’m holiday. But ever since working at a garden centre in a greenhouse, it is starting to take the mick. Drenched in sweat within minutes, drinking litres and litres of water and I’m not even going to the toilet, just sweating it away.
