Snowing in Charlwood! -
Heavy snow a minute ago but tiny flakes here in Charlwood. Maybe 0.5mm has laid.

Had some freezing rain here in Charlwood. OH just asked why the dopplar last night showed us under an area of heavy rain and not a cloud in the sky. I said I didn't know and said I thought it was something to do with warming uppers but I may have misunderstood it. We are interested to know why that occurred and hope someone would kindly explain it?

That's crazy. Charlwood, Horley, Reigate and Redhill all now stopped. It' so localised.

Would it be fair to say we shouldn't be hopeful for anything other than light snow in this area over the next 48hrs?

Pleased to note that we have light snow here in Charlwood, (Gatwick), and the skies look leaden. Asking again, which snow forecast radar app do people suggest please? Only have Rain Alarm Pro on my phone.

No Charlwood has been pretty much left out too. A splattering of snow and mostly green grass left from Monday and yesterday. Blue skies and bright sunshine all day.

Can someone please point me in the direction of the best radar to watch? I have Rain Alarm pro but it' not a snow radar.

Sadly despite Accuweather saying we have had 2hrs of snow, not a flake here in Charlwood.
