    Everything going up slightly east of here, some great cloud structures though, maybe more luck tomorrow

    BBC forecast pushes showers up from france across the west country and parts of central southern england tonight ?

    Going by the BBC forecast, there's nothing to get that excited about for us down here William mate. Hopefully proved wrong and we get something , but main threat is further out west tonight and if anything noteworthy storm wise will be reserved for more northern areas tomorrow, maybe a few showers around these parts, but probably getting all worked up for a disappointment.

    Had 4 rumbles here about 30 - 45 minutes ago. Rain not particularly heavy . Thunder wasn't overhead.

    A couple potent looking showers developing down towards Plymouth Line of showers from Truro up towards Exeter. Don't know if they'll turn thundery but something to kepp an eye on

    Their never accurate with the graphics, it's more of a guide , saying that though , we do tend to miss out on the proper storms

    Yeah it was. Just heard another. Think the second band of showers will pass north of here. Quite a bit of thunder coming from that storm to the south though

    Torrential rain just passed through, no thunder. Main risk gone for today I think. Still waiting for my first rumble of the year.

    Only think we're due morning showers here buddy . this lots moving off north west, then we're left with a reasonable day

    Stuff to the south west looks to be getting its act together. What was a thin line of showers or a squall line, is now growing and merging , might have something here which will make up for the lack of plumeage . Not overly electrified at the moment, but suns oit now so could help get things going.

    Had nothing here this year so far, but I can see these plume setups occurring quite a bit throughout this summer, so not going to get to downhearted about it. After all its only the 4th July. Plenty of summer left yet.

    Watching constant lightning from here. Im under clear skies. Good spectacle though none the less

    Is it worth me staying up here in the west Country or has our chance been and gone.

    Gonna have to settle for distant lightning lighting up clouds to the East. Cant imagine anything happening in the west now.
