    Spent saturday at RAF Fairford with my wife and son. Took almost 800 photos, here's a selection of some that i took, quite a few pics. Let me know what you think. Cheers Paul

    Thanks for the info windswept and jane. I know they have made improvements to the car parks at fairford, but if we had rain as forecast the improvements might not of been enough. Cheers

    Have you had much rain there Jane. Are you any where near RAF Fairford, off to the airshow tomorrow and don't fancy it being cancelled like last year due to flooding

    Thats some menacing looking skies there. I have some pretty dark skies heading this way, thundery i don't know but i'd say definately heavy rain approaching

    Just got home from work, are any of those showers down south likely to hit somerset, they look to be moving north-west

    We had three fairly violent storms yesterday evening, and i managed to catch a bit of lightning with my EOS, I used continuous shooting and probably took about 70 shots just for this one. Sadly i was unable to get any more

    it's moving ever so slowly, but it is supposed to move northwards overnight. I've been waiting for the rain allday, just seems to be swirling in the same place

    is there any sign of thunder in the heavy rain down devon, should eventually reach me. Clouds seem to be moving in all directions
