    Sleet was falling for the last 30 minutes here, dry now but overcast. Quite unexpected, to say I am very much at a lower level to many.

    Moderate rain here falling on and off all day, no sign of wintryness. Currently 3.2C, slowly starting to fall now.

    Temperature now 2.7C after being upto 3.2C at 20.15. Odd snowflakes now mixed in with moderate rainfall while temperature continues to fall.

    Currently: 3.1C, overcast with drizzly rain. Expecting a little heavier ppn within the next 15 minutes, and the back edge of the band may bring a little sleet to my area..

    Moderate rain ralling with a temperature of 3.2C and rising. The cold spell is over, but we still have a few cm's on the pavements and grass hardly thawing, even though it is raining! And, guess what... my snowman stands strong. (After a slight repair, involving putting his head and hat back on, as they mysteriously fell of!

    Very light snow falling here now, just an isolated shower before the main event though me thinks.

    Two very light snow showers today, with small flakes. Amounted to nothing, there were just odd flakes blowing around in the slight wind. Currently overcast here and -1.3C

    Moderate snow now, temperature of -0.8C. Full cloud cover, expecting more snow showers throughout the night looking at current radar.

    7th snow shower of the day just passed here. Was a mix of snow and hail, and just aided the thaw like the previous 5. Now its just a dusting here and there, especially on grass and shaded pavements. This afternoon looks good for all areas on the eastern side though, fingers crossed that nothing changes. As temperatures drop accumilations could become and issue.

    Woke up at 6am to see a dusting and just had a heavy snow shower for the last 30 minutes. Didn't amount to anything real big, but it did leave all surfaces white - including roads.

    Been snowing well over an hour here, getting heavier at times, with settling on hedges grass and cars. Paths are far too wet however. Getting heavier again now, but radar shows only the far east of the band clipping me, so probably wont last much longer..

    Well im off for the night, Im sure when I come back at 3pm tommorow this board will still be buzzing, eagerly awaiting the next models to come out.. All in all, and excellent day weather-wise, 18z showing excellent potential, and a frost tonight!

    Currently 4.1C here in Newark, frost hasn't thawed in the shade. Sunny, with a few clouds to the north.

    Been a fabulous day, not even a cloud in the sky, but chilly temperatures getting no higher than 4C here, with the current temperature of -1.2C, can't wait to see if we reach the predicted -6C for my area..

    Overcast skies now, showers seem to far east of me though. Current temperate now 2.1C and slowly dropping - I can always hope..
