Coming down heavy again! Hopefully most of us in the south can squeeze a few more hours of snow out before the rest of wales get their dumping

That’s what shows on my weather app….but on the radar it looks like it’s all clearing away…can’t see anything behind either

Most of the tv forecasts showed the band coming in this evening not reaching South wales….thought it was? Had it down as a wait until tomorrow afternoon for any snow but then quickly turning to rain in the south of wales

Here Here! Good to have a bit of enthusiasm but not crazy lies that fool people. Unfortunately, as nearly always, It doesnt look great for us Welsh (Especially southerners) but you never know we could be in for a small window of surprise but no need to go stock piling food

Which model is best to view to keep an amateur eye on that high position? Hopefully one that goes north west

Well I think the charts from this morning, plus the last few days, put to bed the theory that a SSW event does not at least hugely increase the chances of cold weather for us. Would we be seeing these charts on offer if there had been no SSW, I think not.

How come rain showers feeding in from the north west reach south east wales such as Newport and Cwmbran but when it’s snow it never gets here!
