    I know snow showers were forcast today, but I wasn't expecting a blizzard. Been an absolute white out for the last 10mins or so. 2-3cm of fresh snow fallen in the last 30mins

    Very heavy snowfall here in Milton Keynes now, started 5 mins ago and already settling on grass and trees ect... looks like quite a bit to come if the latest radar output is correct

    awoke to another 2cms of fresh snow from overnight, looks like more showers gathering as i type. looking forward to thursdays snow. hopefully get a nice deep dumping.

    Yipee. snowing again here in milton keynes. heavy shower earlier left a covering and this latest one is adding to it. expect some more overnight B)

    had about 8 pellet snow / hail showers today so far. last shower 10mins ago was of proper snow, and dropped about 1-2cms in 5 mins. very intense shower. thought i heard thunder in there too..

    1-2cm of snowfall here overnight, not really melting as the temperature is hovering around 0'c. Hopefully gonna get some more snow today / overnight.

    just had another heavy hailstorm in milton keynes, can see some huge CB's out to my east heading this way. gonna produce some good snow or more heavy hail i think.

    Just woke up for the loo and couldn't resist another peek outside. Yipee it's snowing in Milton Keynes, nice big fluffy flakes of fun. Settling on everything as there was a frost earlier. Lets hope we get some more :lol:

    sunny spells and a few light scattered showers around at the minute, hopefully gonna build into some more storms later in the day???

    couldn't get to make a report yesterday, as i had no phoneline. Had 2 very nice storms yesterday afternoon though, second one was better than the first, very bright lightning and intense crashes of thunder that shook the house. Was a very nice display

    another thunderstorm making it merry way into milton keynes now. Yipee number 2 for the day, and looks like more building to the southwest of here. raining incredibly hard here now too :twisted: :twisted:

    New cell building, this one is worse than the 1st, very little rain. huge CG strikes and the wind has gone completely calm, even though the storm is developing a strong gust front with rotation in the lower levels :?: :?: :?: :twisted:

    watching some explosive convection here in MK, moving off to the north towards northamptonshire border. towers sprung up to enormous hieghts within 10mins or so. now beginning to cap off and develop large anvils. these seem to be forming at the back of the towers instead of at the front. doers this mean there is good shear in the upper wind profile??? :?:

    just heard my first rumble of the day here. clouds are devolping into absolute monsters here. think the show is about to begin :shock:

    well it's just been absolutely tipping it down here. very humid, temps around 23'c with very light SE wind. Ain't seen no lightning or thunder though. was awake half the night too because of the temps :evil:

    Lovely day here in Milton Keynes. Suns out, temp around 20 - 22'c just a few fluffy cumulous clouds flitting about. Don't look good for storms today me thinks. suntans a yes

    damn. nothing here yet in Milton Keynes... got my digital camera at the ready as the spferic is going ga-ga. storms seem to be all around my location, from birmingham down to the south east and east anglia.... anyone got a good one now??? fingers XXXXXX i'm gonna get a beauty in while
