we have freezing rain here in ramsgate, our garden furniture cover is covered in a thin layer of ice and when touched it breaks up into small pieces, amazing stuff.

unless i am mistaken, on the radar it looks as though the snow train in the channel is coming to an end (temporarily). knowing me i am wrong though.

just looked at the met site and we in thanet have a heavy snow symbol at midnight tonight ( eighty percent chance) and then again tomorrow evening at 9pm

it looks like on the updated met warning for friday that the south coast and us on the east kent coast miss out again if it transpires like this, talk about bad luck !!

according to this chart , we along the east kent coast around to dover totally miss out !! unbelievable sounds very selfish , but if that is the case then I would sooner have spring on its way
