    Over on Eastern US they are saying every chance of a Cat 4 possibly a Cat 5, deepening very rapidly and it has even warmer water to travel over , could well be a monster this one!

    For a bit of fun can someone do them risk map areas they normally do when there's a bit of convection due , sunday looks ok for eastern areas .

    Torrential downpour lasting a good 10 mins, drains overflowing, never heard any thunder though, looks like it's on its way over to Hull area .

    Very muched slowed down on the eastern flank, hardly moved at all in the last 10mins! Before that it was moving north at quite a pace, be interesting if this develops after a bit of a lull.

    Should be snow mate, been rather heavy for the last 5-10mins and looking at the NW Extra radar it looks like a Bullseye for the really heavy stuff here

    On the plus side Temps & DP's are still lowering, so any precip that does arrive tomorrow should be snow even at lower levels .

    It will be fairly fragmented by the time it gets here, wouldn't get your hopes up too much.

    Temps & DP's should start to drop now, the lower DP's spreading up from the S/W. Excellent Satellite pictures of the low to the S/W
