    Lots of lightning to the South over the Channel now

    Cloudy here now too and still 19c, had a pretty good out over the Channel from on the hills above Folkestone about half an hour ago and no flashes to be seen...yet!

    Light snow but big flakes here for the last hour or so, only just started laying on car roofs now though as it was wet from the earlier sleet

    It's risen from 3c at 6pm to 9c now...no snow for us

    What I don't understand is why or how it is so cold everywhere else but here in the extreme SE it is so warm - I mean 6c! Come on!! lol It seems like it's 0c or lower everywhere else

    Fingers crossed for you - it stopped here from about 3pm until 7pm then has been snowing on and off (lightly) since then. It's -1c here

    Snowing here again and very windy so not settling evenly I just wish tha tthe snow we are forecast tomorrow wasn't to turn back to sleet/rain here

    Some snow grains here at about 7pm, very short lived but they haven't melted
