Light snow is falling in Piccadilly with the sun out as well.
The breeze blows the snow from the rooftop of the building opposite my flat. I have never seen this before in the city centre. Proper powder snow.
Nice shower is showing east of Manchester but I think it will narrowly miss me as it has a slight southwest direction.
By the way, it is extremely icy here and I was pleased to see all the snow has survived in Piccadilly gardens

I like the GFS by the way, the cold air doesn't leave Scotland at all and by 170 hours it comes back down. The Greenland high is better orientated.
Still seems to be heading for Yorkshire but even more noticeable is the recent development west of Denmark. This should affect the east coast tomorrow.

Looking at the visible satellite, you can see a streamer has developed between the southern tip of Norway and northern Denmark. Seems to be moving west/southwest towards Yorkshire.
