    Woo hoo.. this is more like it.. Had another shower a little while ago.. This was a bit heavier and lasted a bit longer than the earlier one and now its just starting again. :o Nothing too heavy as yet but some nice big fat juicy flakes floating down.

    Just had a brief 2 minute snow shower here turning more sleety as it went on.

    Had a light snow shower here about 6ish. quickly turned to rain though.

    Bit late but better late than never. Woke up to a dusting this morning. THen between 7.30 and 9.00 it tried again a few times with a few flakes in the air. Couldn't really get started though. Have to admit it was a lovely sight this morning.

    Come over very dark here. Going to need to put lights on. Had a short sharp hail shower just now. Only lasted couple of minutes

    Ok. That 1 only lasted about 2 mins and stopped. Then it restarted and looked more sleety. Why do I get feeling that this is going to be the way all day. Feels too warm for much else now anyway to be honest

    Same here in Southend. Nice big juice flakes, started to settle on things and then it stopped. Wonder if we are due more or if that was it.. not had chance to check much yet

    excellent storm it was... just seems that my road was the only area not to see any hailstones. speaking to my mum she said she had huge hailstones and cracked greenhouse next door to her.. we just had very heavy rain. oh... and lots of lightning and thunder.. heres hoping for more :roll: :?: :?:

    thanks nanu.. i knew it was very rare and probably not but I have to admit I did get a bit excited there even so we have had some amazing lightning. Best I've seen in ages. had one lot and sounds like another could be coming our way. very loud rumbles now

    just had good storm in southend. my boy saw lightning that sounds to me like ball lightning. I though I'd ask the experts.. He described it as being a cirle of lightning, blue and the whole area lit up very bright around it. Can anyone help us here please or did anyone else see it to confirm it?????? Actually sounding like another one heading our way as I type
