  1. Everytime I see this I always think of Katrina and the waves. 915mb, wow, hope they've boarded up wherever it decides to go.
  2. It's hailing here, slightly larger than your usual sized hail, nothing huge though.
  3. Yep, I'm just SW of Leicester and we've got extremely heavy rain and a fair few flashes of lightning.
  4. Might want this thread: http://www.net-weather.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=12789 http://nwstatic.co.uk/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif Does it give you any error message? Edit: Wrong link http://nwstatic.co.uk/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif
  5. Another thunderstorm here, 3rd of the day, the sky's gone a lovely purple colour to the south where the storm is.
  6. We've had a fair few rumbles today, haven't reallt being paying attention but the odd rumble here and there has been heard. Wish the sky would clear for Perseids now!

    Today

Haha, I've got the K750i too and I noticed that exact same thing, them my mate noticed it too and started going on about how well my phone knows me.
  8. Haven't done one of these in a while: Temperature: 12.4c Humidity: 86% Pressure: 1023hPa Overcast Goodnight all
  9. Saw the Aurora on my flight home yesterday/today, wasn't anything brilliant but could just see the green glow of it above the horizon... either that or it was the reflection off the window. <_<
  10. Small funnel cloud in Florida today, took a photo of it but you can't really see it brilliantly; if you zoom in you can just about see it. It really didn't last long, around a minute and it then vanished into the cloud... gave a good lightning display though.
  11. Make sure you press Control + F5 after changing an avatar, most ISP's have a transparent proxy which will cache the image.
  12. Shuggee, instead of linking to the usual place: Link to: http://www.thedropinn.com/shuggee.gif It should appear then as I've allowed hotlinking to it. http://nwstatic.co.uk/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif
  13. It's still now there Shuggee, it's just showing the red cross. I wonder if they've enabled hotlink protection:
  14. Several things: First press Control + F5 Secondly, go to Tools >> Internet Options >> Advanced >> Under Multimedia make sure "Play animations on web pages" is ticked, plus the 2 options below that.
  15. Quite a powerful thunderstorm here for the past half hour.
  16. Hey Pete, you managed to get Arnie sorted yet?
  17. A small thunderstorm here, moderate rain and long rumbles of thunder.
  18. Wait a few minutes, I'm not sure what time Net-weather's radar gets updated but most of them are updated a couple of minutes after the 15, if you get me. Ie. The 21:15 one will be out about 21:32
  19. Make sure you press Control + F5 rather than just F5, that way it refreshes the transparent server too rather than just your local cache. Try again Pete, we know these things are difficult for the elderly, but you do well considering.
  20. Temperature: 26.1c Dewpoint: 21c Humidity: 75% Pressure: 1016hPa Quite a bit of cirrus around and feeling very humid
  21. I'd just leave those in my garden, they look enough like a flower to be left where they are.
  22. There's a lot of capped cumulus floating about here too, unfortunately it doesn't look like 30c is going to be reached today here, maximum temperature of 29.7c, but it got so close.
  23. Clear with a temperature of 16.1c with a humdity of 91% My weather station shows a maximum temperature of 29.6c for yesterday. Maximum indoor temperature this year thus far was 41.8c in the conservatory on 27th May. Current room temperature is 24.2c with the windows open and the ceiling fan on full.
