Southern Storm

Good not just me then, don't get me wrong I do feel for the people that have been effected by something like this, But me having an interest in this type of weather won't change a thing. also I don't think anyone was injured, had this not been the case, I don't think I would have felt the same way.

Yep that's a storm and a half and the rest.... Just thought I would post this link from a French website http://www.bienpublic.com/haute-cote-d-or/2013/06/20/le-reveil-de-la-haute-cote-d-or-apres-la-tornade My wife's parents live in Vix the next village, about 2km away from where the tornado hit! They told my wife this morning that their house just about coped with the wind, but a few trees didn't make it, and the hail caused quite a bit of damage, so it must have been of decent size. Is it normal that I'm sad to have missed out on this Edit I will ask my wife to get her parents to take some photos and if successful, I'll post them when i get the chance.

Something has got to happen tonight, after stepping outside a few moments ago I got an unbelievably strong feeling there's going to be a storm the air is so thick you could almost chew it!

Well it was wall to wall sunshine this morning but now the high level cloud as rolled in here, which is a real shame The sun may come out again but I wouldn't hold my breath, its funny how we have no problem Importing cloud but the storms do their best to ovoid us, well that's how it appears to me! We still have a lot of summer to go time is on our side

every time I have been to France in sping and summer I've had a good Storm, one that seamed quite active to me at the time only to be told by the in Laws that its just a small storm!Makes me sick it does.

Very gray here, and feels cooler for some reason also the wind is picking up, I don't know if this means anything What i would give for a good storm I keep asking my wife (who's French) if we can move to france, but she always says no I think its because she knows that it's not French lifestyle that I'm interested in lol I'll keep working on it, as i believe I have more chance of moving to France than getting a good storm Here in the uk!

Who knows, I personally feel that if the human race did have a 6th sense, it has probably been drowned out by all of the modern day distractions that surround us in an ever increasingly intrusive way.

For me its has to be the best free experience there is, providing your housee isn't struk of course! Nothing beats the excitement of an approaching storm, wondering if it might produce a tornado even Though i know there's next to no chance of it happening. I do confess to being scared of storms though, I know that may sound strange But to watch a storm, I have to be in a car or inside a building. But Let's hope we get some decent thunderstorms this summer!
