  2. yeah count me in I know i am already counted but i am now throwing my cap into the arena me on the BBQ did you lot learn nothing when i did the last one lol am looking forward to meeting some new faces and some old have blow up stu to bring as well so another name to the list

Well it is my third year with net weather tours and each year is better than the last.Can i take this opportunity to thank everybody who came on tours 1&2 as they made my chase season such a wounderful time. Storm Chasing for me is 50/50storms make up 50% of it and the people make up the other 50% of it and without such lovly people the tours would not be such fun for me anyway. As with most years I have come away with some real good freinds from the tours and look forward to seeing you all in the Autum when we get to gether for the reunion Once again a big thank you to Paul S paul M Tom and John for tall there hard work and commitment to making this years tours such a success well doe you all bravo

  6. Yes we are 5 Miles North of Winfield and about to let this Tornado Warned Storm head straight at us. Paul wants some Hail!! Could be rocky in about 15 Minutes Ian
  7. An Moderate risk has been issued for our area T minus three hours to the action
  8. we have now changed plan we are heading for childress as the slight risk has moved further north than earlier
  9. Good Chase but once again the Tornadoes were Elusive. Sat on the Tail end of the Line all day and followed it South from Initiation at Enid right down to I40. But the Tail End Charlie just did not produce a Tornado as per the Storm Chasers Handbook :lol: We had fun and only drove 350 Miles all in today so not so shabby, good Lightning Shots once again as Night came.   10. Hiya Mick yea had lunch today felt like a stranded whale for a while last night but good now. The sun is out and 30C so hot hot hot the place is looking dryer than it did a week ago so maybe dirt roads will be an option once more, at the mo we have to big cells firing at the same time one heading straight towards us and one more to our south west
  11. Been sitting just 30 Miles east of the dryline for about 2 hours and now we have something organising which you should be able to see on the stream Paul S

  13. hi guys and girls thanks a million for all your kind words and congrats it really was an awsome experiance did not think i was going to do it around half way but the whole team and most of the resturant giving me support gave me the push i needed though now i will have to come back and try and beat my time so once again thanks to everybody now lets go bag some storms

Hiya Pete change of plan we are now staying in Perry tonight as there is a possabilty of supercells firing over our head tonight with baseball size hail predicted so should be a good send of for the team just hope the cars servive the night lol well we are going to get some pizza now the storms should kick off around midnight could be a bumpy ride.   18. Hiya folks, well looks like the caps winning today we are going to head south to Ardmore for the night though if anything fires on our way down we will be on it, we have to be that far south as we are changing over teams tomorrow :blush: Ian

  20. not packed yet meself Pat just trying to sort out what im taking, wont be able to pack untill around 2200hrs tomorrow just hope i do not forget anything look forward to meeting up on Saturday
  21. right have just started to sort out me stuff for the trip and this is it so far: enough shorts and T shirts to last me 25 days ( + 1 going out shirt just in case we go cubbing ) 2 base unit radios for the cars 1 canon 300D 1 point and shoot camara 1 camcorder 1 laptop a variaty of CDs ( bring your own if you dont want to be lumbered with my bad taste in music :o ) A 6 socket extension lead tripod a mixture of rehydration drinks imodium tabs plasters pain killers etc etc sun cream jungle spray 30 barrocca tablets ( high dose vitimins) if I think of anything else I will add it later Ian
  22. well the charts do look good am finally getting round to gearing myself up for the trip this is my first real look at the charts chase days for most of the week should be cool now just show me those long roads with nothing on them with 50 mile vistas with super cells on them:D Paul if it means we get that sort of weather where theres a tornado on the ground infront and behind us with lightning landing all around us I will gladly donate me jesus creepers :o :o
