This is Paul Sherman We have just been hit by a Tornado just off I80, Massive destruction to a Gas station, Daves Van is severly damaged, power lines down, the garage had everyone inside but we did not make it and had to ride it out in the Carpark, debris, pieces of house, wooden fences and the canopy have hit our car, this was at least F2 Damage, all taking stock at the moment, news crews everywhere. Andy again, We're now heing back out East on the I80, after running the surging outflow of the 2nd cell, and we expect to see a few softball sized dings in the roof. The sky is as green as anybody in the car has ever seen to our North (What we just blasted through) and Barons is now showing 6 areas of rotation on the cell behind us. This is Andy using Ian's login. We've just had a close shave with a damaging tornado that has passed through Kearney, causing lots of tree and some structural damage. We have just passed through Gibbon, and are tracking rain-wrapped circulation to our north, and another circulation just south of Kearney . Just West of Kearney we became involved in the RFD, which was definately 90+mph, and pushed about 15 carriages of an empty freight train off it's line, over a ridge - pics to come later Also we've seen a cone tornado!!! we are now racing to intercept the a cell that should cross the I80 between Kearney and Lexington looking pretty good at the mo

we are on the road heading north on the 81 in search of some monster storms this could be a huge day lets hope the weather gods are on our side and give us a real show, we dont want much maybe 3 nados would be cool no pressure Paul Ian

we are going to spend the night in witchata falls in texas then head north tomorrow

not to far from snyder we will then go east to ride this baby out in the middle of the cell

we are now heading south to intercept that rotating cell mobile signal has just dropped out

we are currently sitting just south of clinton watching a cell just to our west looking LP we have the most awsome view point so we are going to let it drift twards us and we will see what it does for us

we are currently sittning in cold water Kansas just waiting for the action to start not long now me thinks

we are just about to head north through Aurora we are curently watching the whole line tower rock hard something is going to go boom shortly fingers crossed Ian

when we get some better wi fi connections we will upload an awsome clip of the cone tornado near ellis it is dark and you can see a houses lights then a flash then no lights and just after that some majer power flashes it is amazing well I think so any way

right guys we have baggd five tornados today the last one was just near ellis, on the camara it looks like it took out a car or a house just before hitting some power lines and giving us some massive power flashes. We are heading for great bend for the night where this cell should just skim us with the dry line squal to look forward to for awsome lightning what a monster day this evan eclipses yesterday

we just bagged us a cone nado thats our forth one of the day just north of ness city

we are now in ness city where the cell just about to come over us is just about t be impacted by 2 smaller cells crashing into the south east side of this cell we are going to see what the meso does when the impact and then decide what to then this could be a monster or crap heres hoping

we are just about to turn south and head for ness city on the 283 the cell should just brush past us its looking a monster on the barons
